Biography
Born in Vietnam and raised in Texas, Vy Nguyen experiences first-hand the transformative power of globalization and aims to make the world more connected than ever before. Vy is responsible for business development and customer relations for the Vietnam market on behalf of Alterra Worldwide. She is also a licensed securities representative at a Fortune 500 investment firm in the United States.
Vy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and proceeded to obtain a Master of Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania. Vy has deep knowledge of international investments, real estate, and financial technology.
In the past, Vy worked for the Supreme Court of the United States in the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice. As part of the United Nations’ Unicorn Project, Vy helped launch an EdTech startup in Egypt. She also led multiple service trips around the United States.
